Our services include:
Delivery – We will delivery most products for free within 50+ of the Twin Cities.
Billing – We work with both primary and secondary payer sources, rework denied claims and accept Medicare Assignment. We also prepare compliance reports for doctors and insurance companies.
Training – Our local therapists and physicians receive all the latest product and technology training, we hold in-store health clinics open to all our clients and offer respiratory health education to seniors in assisted living centers.
Service – With 24 hour emergency service, loaner products available while your product is in for servicing and labor to assemble and warranty repairs, our patients never go without. We also provide additional E tanks at no charge, provide oxygen conserving devices for client’s ease of portability of O2 and will clean your medical and oxygen equipment for you.
Evaluation – Our clients receive evaluations for specialized products, evaluations of client homes and workplaces for wheelchair accessibility, trial fittings, product sampling and pressure mapping for proper wheelchair seating.
